Adverse Drug Reactions
Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) is a response to a drug that is harmful and unintended that occurs at doses normally used in humans.
In the interest of protecting public health and safety, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) strongly encourage all consumers and healthcare professionals to report any suspected ADRs
and any suspected adverse events on the use of vaccines, using the prescribed the

RA 10918: Pharmacy Law of 2016 mandates that prescription medicines can only be dispensed by a pharmacist to a patient, upon the presentation of a valid prescription from a physician, dentist, or veterinarian (for animal use). In addition, it requires completely filled prescriptions to be surrendered to the pharmacist for recording.
Thus, for prescription medicine orders, we require you to: (1) upload your prescription copy for validation; (2) present and surrender original prescription upon receipt of order for verification and recording.
We allow partial filling of prescription but for safety purposes and misuse prevention, we still require you to surrender the original prescription upon receipt of order.
Drug Price Regulation
In congruence with RA 9502: Universally Accessible Cheaper and Quality Medicines Act of 2008, the government created two initiatives for lowering drug prices: Government Mediated Access Price (GMAP)
and Maximum Drug Retail Price (MDRP)
directed drug companies to voluntary lower the prices of their products. The prices listed on GMAP apply only to the brands specified. Drug retailers are not allowed to sell the listed products above the GMAP.
set a maximum retail price drugs that address diseases of public health concern, such as hypertension, diabetes, common bacterial infections, amoebiasis, cancers and the like. Drug retailers are not allowed to sell the listed products, whether as branded or generic versions, above the MDRP.
