PICK-UP & DELIVERY


PICK-UP

You can expect your order to be ready for pick-up at least 2 hours after you receive an order confirmation email. You can also call your chosen branch to inquire.

You can claim your order at your chosen pick-up branch, within 7 days of order confirmation, from 8 AM to 12 NN and 1 PM to 5 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) during Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays.

Please prepare the following upon pick-up:
      (a)

Order Number

      (b)

Original and Valid Prescription (if applicable)

      (c)

Valid ID

      (d)

Authorization Letter (if applicable)

      (e)

Valid ID of Representative (if applicable)


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We rely on reputable third-party couriers to deliver your order. Typical delivery times are 1 to 3 business days after we confirmed your order.

Please note that delivery times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Upon delivery, the courier will require:
      (a)

Valid ID

      (b)

Authorization Letter (if applicable)

      (c)

Valid ID of Representative (if applicable)



Note: To ensure the quality of the products you order, we seal your order prior to delivery. Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check that the package has not been tampered with. Should you notice any tampering on your package, take a photo evidence if you can but do not accept the order, and immediately contact us so we may rectify the issue.
